I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebrating with family or friends, or both! Now, we are back in the water, and its time to get entries submitted for our 12 Days of Waves Developmental Swim Meet on Saturday, December 10th. You can read through the list of events on page three of the meet letter. Please submit all entries via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Entries are due this Thursday, December 1st by midnight!!
As this is Club Noles first swim meet, I'm excited to have full team support. In other words if you swim for Club Nole you are expected to participate and race. The experience of racing and competition at swim meets is training in and of itself, therefor the swim meet will take the place of that Saturdays normally scheduled workout.
Also wanted to give everyone a heads up that we're planning another team social for Tuesday, December 13th after practice at Isabella's. More details to come, but wanted to make sure everyone marks their calendars!
Club Nole will be attending the 2016 GPAC Gravy Bowl Invite on November 18-20, 2016 in Pensacola, Florida. Entries are due by midnight on November 4. You must email your swimmer's entries to email@example.com. Be sure to include your swimmer's name, age group, event number, and event name in the email.
For this meet, GPAC has partnered with Manna Food Banks of NW Florida to sponsor a food drive. GPAC will offer $2.00 off a heat sheet for food donations brought to the sales table.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org or 541-390-2122.

I sent out a newsletter Tuesday evening which included the results from the PCST Speedo Beach Blast as well as a few other points I wanted to highlight. You can view all that information here.
I've also been wanting to highlight our swimmers involved in their high school swim teams. I now have the perfect opportunity to do so since our own Andrew Thrasher graces the front of the Tallahassee Democrats Sports section in their article about Wednesdays high school swim meet. All of our Club Nole swimmers on ALL the different teams - Chiles, Leon, & Lincoln - did a great job and I am extremely proud! Check out the article here.
Good Afternoon Club Nole,
I sent out a newsletter just a few minutes ago discussing practice tonight at Morcom Aquatic Center (!!), as well as information regarding the Panama City Swim Meet Entry deadline. Please click the link below for the full newsletter and information.
I hope things get back to normal for everyone quickly, and I hope that we can help by getting back to practice tonight! Look forward to seeing everyone this evening.
